General Terms

Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible to register and use hm999 only if all of the following conditions are met:

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- Deposits are credited to your hm999 account in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing time.
- hm999 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- hm999 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds for any deposit at its discretion as part of anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, and only to an account registered in your verified name.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers, subject to MFS provider availability.
- hm999 reserves up to 24 hours for withdrawal processing in cases where additional identity verification is required.
- Withdrawals will be placed on hold if KYC documentation has not been submitted or approved.
- Any bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not count towards the withdrawal balance.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Rules

Wagering Requirements

- Sportsbook bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 5x to 10x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.80.

- Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms, which is typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting.
Bonus Abuse & Fraud

Prohibited behaviour includes, but is not limited to: placing bets on both sides of a market using bonus funds (bonus arbing), using betting bots to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to complete wagering requirements in a low-risk manner. Where bonus abuse is identified, hm999 reserves the right to void all associated bets, remove bonus funds, and permanently close the account without notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on hm999. By placing a bet or initiating a casino game, you accept these rules as binding for that wager or session.
Sports Betting
- All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the hm999 sportsbook system, except where the cash-out feature is available on that specific market.
- hm999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were set incorrectly due to a technical error or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

- Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out, unless specific each-way or other market rules apply as stated at the time of bet placement.

Casino & Instant Games
- All casino game outcomes are determined by the RNG (Random Number Generator) systems of the respective game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. hm999 does not modify game outcomes.
- Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are those certified by the game provider. These represent long-term statistical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Voluntary Account Closure

Self-Exclusion
